max balth. faction ticker.
ok, so i noticed the other night that my total balthazar faction ticker has stopped counting. i havn't maxed out my cap. i had 6k faction in my queue. and yet the ticker that counts how much faction i've earned will not increase. kinda sucks because i am 20k below wat i should be.
